What Waqtee is

Waqtee lets you discover businesses and book their services. The services themselves — the appointment, the meal, the class — are provided by the business, and prices, availability and policies are set by the business. Waqtee is the booking channel, not the provider.

Bookings

A booking is a request to the business and may require the business’s confirmation. Cancelling or changing a booking follows the notice rules shown when you book or manage it. Businesses may record no-shows.

Give accurate contact details — your email and phone are how confirmations, reminders and the link to manage your booking reach you.

Accounts and guest bookings

You can book without an account. The link that manages a booking is private to that booking — anyone with it can view or cancel the booking, so keep it to yourself. An account additionally keeps your history across devices.

Fair use

Do not place fraudulent or abusive bookings, interfere with the service, or scrape it. We apply rate limits and may refuse or cancel bookings and accounts that abuse the service.

Reviews

Reviews are for real visits. Keep them honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, unlawful or unrelated to a visit.

Liability

Waqtee is provided “as is”. We are not a party to the service between you and the business, and we are not responsible for the business’s services, prices or conduct. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (Waqtee is currently free to use).

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
